Fast Sale Options is a home-buying company serving South Jersey + Pennsylvania. We purchase houses directly from sellers. Some of our team members are licensed real estate agents in New Jersey and Pennsylvania who, in a separate capacity, can also represent sellers as listing agents under a written agency agreement. This page explains what that distinction means for you so there are no surprises.
Dual-role disclosure (this is the important one)
In some transactions, our team members purchase property directly from the seller as principal buyers. When we act as principal buyers, we are buying the house for ourselves — we are not acting as your agent. No agency relationship is created and no fiduciary duty is owed unless a separate written agency agreement is signed.
In other transactions, our licensed team members act as your real estate agent (representing you in a listing, for example). When that happens, a written agency agreement governs the relationship and spells out our duties to you.
We will always tell you which role we are in for your specific transaction before any agreement is signed. If you ever aren't sure which capacity we are acting in, ask — we are required to tell you, and we will.
Licensing
Fast Sale Options' licensed team members hold active New Jersey Department of Banking & Insurance and Pennsylvania Department of State real estate salesperson licenses. Specific license numbers and brokerage affiliations are published at the bottom of every page once finalized for v2 launch.
No guarantee of offer price
Any estimates we discuss — cash offer amounts, listing-price estimates, expected net proceeds, or projections for novation, subject-to, seller financing, lease option, or short sale structures — are not binding offers. Final offer amounts depend on property condition, current market conditions, title and lien status, and the chosen exit strategy. Binding terms are stated in a written purchase agreement or listing contract.
